EMBROIDERY, PRINTING

• Embroidery Artwork setup fee(No setup fee for repeat logo) $30
• FREE Embroidery setup on 25+ items order
• Min Quantity for Embroidery – 10 items
• Min Quantity for Screen print – 25 items (Digital print – 10 Items)

Embroidery Artwork – High resolution files preferably AI, EPS, PDF or BMP, JPG, JPEG, PNG, TIFF

Printing Artwork – Vector files AI, EPS, CDR (If only provide raster format, additional graphic work charge will be applied)

Image of sample artwork will be emailed you for approval.

Once approved, the items will be shipped to our embroiderer/printer to process.

Decorated items will be despatched in 8-10 working days after receiving artwork approval.

Please note: The items can not be refunded or exchanged once delivered to the embroiderer/printer and decorated.

Workwear Wholesaler reserves the right to refund any embroidery costs only associated with any garment marking – all stock sent to our embroiders are non refundable once embroidered.

All shortages or if any decoration is not up to quality, are required to be submitted in writing within 24hr of receipt and reserves the right to either replace or refund those items only.

Garments damaged by embroideries on thin materials in which the client has instructed that these items to be embroidered(as some needle damage can occur on rare occasions – especially large or heavily stitched embroideries, or unsuitable materials), will not be refunded or replaced.
